We have been asked to revisit this beautiful place we had refurbished a few years ago. This time our design focus has been shifted to an addition on the street side, finally allowing the house to face the street.

Ebor Avenue Apartments /
Many months have passed working on this apartment building. It has been through 3 major facade changes and a floor was removed to accommodate council’s wishes.
We finally achieved planning approval for the 4 levels + a roof deck.
